Cole's Dr apt may come sooner than scheduled as they want to get him in ASAP. I have my work cut out for me in preparing for this meeting.

1. P/up reports from Neurologist

2. P/up reports from Medical Speech exam

3. Get reports from Speech Therapist

4. Get reports from Preschools Giselle Exam

5. Give forms to Cole's Preschool

6. P/up filled out forms from Preschool

7. Find friend that is willing to attend the apt w/ us to watch Cole in the waiting room
