The new playroom

We spent most of the summer with the floors ripped up and new floor replacing the old. I pulled all of the carpet up with a little help from Tanner(see below). What spurred this desire to put in new floors? Mostly the fact that the carpets were looking tie dyed/ or what was once all cream colored carpet looked more calico. A major driver too was the scare of scabies infesting my home (NOT True just an overly cautious Dr misdiagnosed a summer virus rash) that put me in a panic. Anyway.. it all came up and got replaced by hand raked dark wood flooring. I love it! So much easier to KNOW if it is clean or not.
