Tannerism #2
I was driving around today with my head in a bit of a fog and fell off of my usual route. Tanner noticed a bagel store that we had been to several months ago. He asked me , " Mommy, how come we don't go there anymore?" I told him that I don't eat bagels anymore because they are fattening and I don't want to gain weight from them. To this Tanner replied, " Mommy, it's ok for you to have a baby in your tummy again, because I have a baby brother, but now I need a baby sister too. You see, it would be perfect.... I would have a brother and a sister!" *several minutes passed and talk about babies* " So can we get a bagel?" Very cute and clever, but I knew the real motive. Tanner just wanted me to stop at the bagel shop so he can have a bagel not a baby sister.

Wow thats sooo cute!!!! I would have gotten him two bagels because of his cleverness. Walker has told me his new kitty is his baby brother. Not as clever but still cute. :-)
